WHAT YOU WILL LEAD AND GROW

• Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this full-time permanent role is based in Eastern Creek with free onsite parking. You'll work Monday to Friday, rotating across the following shifts: 6:00am–2:00pm, 8:30am–4:30pm, and 10:00am–6:00pm.
• You will be responsible for delivering exceptional after-sales service and customer support.
• Managing customer enquiries, sales orders, and rental calls efficiently.
• Collaborating with internal teams to meet customer expectations.
• Representing the company professionally and upholding brand values.
• Assisting with CRM tasks, quoting, and private customer enquiries.
• Supporting continuous improvement by maintaining SOPs and reporting quality issues.
• You’ll be the first point of contact for many of their customers, so a helpful, solutions-focused attitude is essential.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB?

• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent written & verbal English communication and client relationship skills.
• You’ll need to be available 5 days a week on-site in Eastern Creek, with the ability to work rotating shifts.
• You must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and be able to complete a police check and pre-employment medical.
