SR Construction is a leading multi-trade maintenance and construction company with over 22 years’ experience serving the private and public housing sector. We specialise in public housing restorations; upgrade works and new construction.

We are looking for a dedicated Bookings Coordinator with great attention to detail to join our vibrant team. Our ideal candidate will possess these traits and have sufficient experience in administrative roles and/or the desire to develop these skills working as part of a team.

In your role as a Bookings Coordinator, you will be an integral part of a supportive team committed to delivering projects that exceed our clients’ expectations. You will allocate repairs and maintenance work orders to our internal trades, liaising with SR Construction’s operations team and tenants, while ensuring efficient operations and the timely, high-quality completion of all work orders.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

Receive, schedule and allocate work orders for SR Construction internal trades.

Book jobs for trades and rebook when tenants cancel or reschedule appointments.

Allocate additional jobs if trades finish earlier than expected to maintain productivity.

Supervise work orders to ensure compliance with budget, time, resource and quality requirements.

Liaise with internal trades to ensure works are completed in a timely and professional manner.

Liaise with tenants to confirm appointment times and dates, ensuring clear communication and minimal disruption.

Handle complaints received from tenants or trades regarding scheduled works and resolve issues promptly.

Ensure all documentation and correspondence are accurately stored in the system for each work order.

Maintain a high level of customer service and professional communication at all times.

Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required by management.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Strong time management and organisational skills

The ability to multitask

Utmost professionalism and confidentiality

Reasonable knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages

Strong attention to detail

Good personal presentation, professional approach

Problem solving & logical reasoning ability

Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
