Job Specification

This full-time Pharmacist in Charge position is your chance to step up, without stepping into a stress zone. You'll be working with a supportive team across two sister stores, alongside 2-3 pharmacists and a crew of at least three dispense techs on every shift. So yes - actual help when the scripts start flying!

Your role will include dispensing, MedsChecks, and being that trusted face for community advice (which in this town, may also include local fishing tips or the best coffee spot). You'll report to the Pharmacist Manager at the Gray Street store, and if you've got an entrepreneurial spark, there's even a potential pathway to partnership down the track.

Skills Required

• General AHPRA registration
  
• A friendly, team-first attitude - leave the ego at the door
  
• Open to all experience levels - newly registered pharmacist or pharmacists looking for a tree change
  
• An interest in community engagement and possibly future ownership
