The Island Hotel, situated in the heart of Surfers Paradise is looking for an experienced Guest Services Agent - Front Desk to provide excellent customer service for our 78 luxurious boutique rooms and suites, each with stunning views across either the Surfers Paradise CBD or the Gold Coast hinterland.

Day to Day

To handle all guest arrival check ins and departure check outs

To create memorable and tailored experiences for all guests.

To actively upsell and cross sell hotel services and outlets.

Answer the main enquiries line for the hotel and direct calls.

To count money, verify amounts and issue receipts for payments received.

What are we looking for?

Minimum 2 years Guest Services experience in a busy Hotel

A passion for going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.

Strong computer skills

MUST have an unrestricted Australian working right.

Flexible work hours which include day / night and weekends
