We are Elysian Cartel, Brisbane’s fastest-growing Lash & Brow Clinics, and we are on the hunt for an experienced, creative, and results-focused Skin Therapist to help us establish a strong presence in the skin industry.

Over the past six years, we’ve become a recognised brand and built an unshakeable reputation as one of Brisbane’s best Lash and Brow Bars (as voted by Courier Mail and Style Magazine). We’re now steadily gaining traction in building a skin-focused clientele and are seeking a Skin Connoisseur with exceptional consultation skills, a strong track record of delivering results, and a proven ability to confidently prescribe home care and drive retail performance.

ABOUT YOU |

You're not just a therapist — you're a skin problem solver. Here’s what we’re looking for:

A Diploma of Beauty Therapy and/or Bachelor of Dermal Science, with 2–3+ years of hands-on skin experience.

Experience in skin consultations, derma-planning, skin needling, and peels — if you’ve worked with Ultraceuticals, Synergie Skin or other medical-grade skincare is highly regarded.

A deep understanding of skin anatomy and science, with the ability to clearly and confidently educate clients on the why behind your recommendations.

A proactive approach to ongoing learning—you’re someone who stays up to date with industry developments and continuously sharpens your skills.

You confidently prescribe treatment plans and skincare that get real results — because you know what works.

At least ONE year experience providing brow services.

And most importantly: you LOVE helping people feel amazing in their skin.

ABOUT THE ROLE |

Work 3–4 days per week (including Thursday nights and Saturdays) with the opportunity to grow into a permanent part-time or full-time position.

Deliver exceptional skin treatments, experience in brow lamination, lash lifts, brow sculpting is highly regarded but not necessary.

Perform results-focused treatments such as LED facials, clinical peels, skin needling, enzyme therapy, and relaxation facials.

Conduct thorough client consultations, recommending customised treatment plans and home care products aligned with their goals.

Provide an outstanding client experience in a calm, professional, and client-focused environment.

Work collaboratively with the team to uphold a positive workplace culture and shared standards of excellence.

Assist with general clinic operations, including maintaining treatment room hygiene and completing admin tasks as required.
