Are you a passionate Brow or Skin Specialist with a love for detail and a genuine desire to help clients feel confident and beautiful?
We’re expanding our team at The Brow Connection, a boutique salon renowned for our meticulous brow artistry, advanced Korean facials, and high-end skincare rituals.

✨ About the Role

We’re seeking a qualified beauty therapist or brow artist with minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in either brows, skin, or both.
You’ll be joining a supportive, professional team focused on quality, care, and long-term client results.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced brow services including sculpting, hybrid dye, lamination, and tint

Perform lash lifts confidently and to a high standard

Provide luxury facials, including Korean-inspired skincare treatments

Conduct detailed consultations and recommend tailored homecare routines

Maintain high hygiene and presentation standards

Deliver consistent 5-star service aligned with our brand

Availability:

Must be available for fortnightly late-night shifts and Saturdays

💆‍♀️ About You

You’re the perfect fit if you:

Have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in brows and/or facials

Hold a Diploma or Certificate III/IV in Beauty Therapy

Are confident with brow shaping, lamination, and lash lift services

Are detail-oriented, professional, and client-focused

Enjoy working in a calm, luxury salon environment

Are eager to grow, learn, and upskill (training in Korean facial techniques provided)

(Experience in Korean skincare or cosmetic tattooing is a plus but not essential.)
