What we do..

Here at Bahama Gold we believe in seasonality and simplicity. The excitement of taking the best produce at the right time of year and turning it into something to enjoy. Provenance and sustainability are important to us and both are integral in our kitchen and beverage offering as we continually look to provide an offering that delivers value to our guests. This philosophy also carries over to our wine list that leans pretty hard into lofi and minimal intervention practices, offering a comprehensive range of low interference wine whilst championing a strong draught beer and cocktail program.

You don’t have to be a wine expert to be considered for this role. If you’re experienced in holding down a section with a desire to learn and are passionate about food and wine, we can teach you the rest.
