Beaches RVs, a leading Motorhome dealership in Belmont, NSW, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, a passion for the RV/leisure industry and a desire to help customers find the perfect recreational vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet and exceed sales targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Provide exceptional customer service

Stay knowledgeable about current RV models and industry trends

Attend training and sales meetings as required

Following up on enquires via phone, email and SMS

Proactively search for new business opportunities

Guiding customers through the entire sales process

Attributes required:

Proven sales experience

Fundamental knowledge of the sales process

Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work well in a team environment

Passion for travel

Valid driver’s licence

Ability to use technology with a solid understanding of CRM systems

Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office

Previous Automotive Sales experience is highly regarded.

Base salary + uncapped commission

Business Hours are 9 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday & 10 am - 4 pm Saturday (Days are rostered)
