About the Role

You will work across a wide range of outpatient and emergency presentations, from minor procedures to high-acuity triage (Categories 1 & 2). Our team values a safe RN-to-EN ratio, and we actively support early-career nurses with appropriate supervision and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical care across outpatient and emergency settings
• Conduct triage, including Category 1 and 2 presentations
• Assist with wound care, injections, and basic procedures
• Respond to emergency situations with a calm, skilled approach
• Engage in regular on-the-job training and development

What Youll Need

• CurrentAHPRA registrationas a Registered or Enrolled Nurse
• Previous ED experience(preferred but not essential)
• Advanced Life Support (ALS)training preferred buttraining will be provided
• A team-oriented approach with a strong patient-care focus
• Willingness to live and work in a regional community
