About the role
This is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to broaden your skills across both the Emergency Department and General Ward, with future pathways into peri-operative care.
In this role, you will:
Deliver safe, evidence-based care to patients across emergency, medical, and surgical presentations
Work alongside a committed team of RNs, ENs, the NUM, and Clinical Nurse Educators
Contribute to a positive workplace culture where collaboration and professional development are encouraged
Enjoy a rotating roster that offers work-life balance and varied clinical experience
About you
We’re looking for a Registered Nurse who:
Is Current Authorised to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
Has recent Emergency Department experience, with triage credentialing (or a willingness to work towards it)
Is passionate about person-centred care and advocates effectively for patients and families
Thrives in rapidly changing clinical environments and can remain calm under pressure
Works well within a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and cultural respect
Is confident supervising students and delegating appropriately to ENs and AINs within scope of practice

Additional Information:
* Based on a minimum 18-month commitment to the position or the agreed duration of your contract. All payments to part-time and contract employees will be made on a pro-rata basis in accordance with the terms of your contract, including any approved extensions. Please note: if your contract ends before the agreed completion date, you may be required to repay a portion of the incentive.
