About the role

Alphington Automotive is seeking an experienced and skilled Automotive Technician/Motor Mechanic to join our team in Alphington, VIC 3078. This is a full-time role with the opportunity to work on a wide range of vehicle makes and models.

What you'll be doing

Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults in vehicles

Servicing and maintaining vehicles to manufacturer specifications

Carrying out scheduled maintenance and repair work

Test driving vehicles to ensure issues have been resolved

Providing high-quality customer service and advice

Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Adhering to all health, safety and environmental standards

What we're looking for

Formal qualification in Automotive Mechanics or a related field

Significant experience as a qualified Automotive Technician/Motor Mechanic

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Excellent mechanical and technical knowledge

Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure

Great customer service skills and a professional attitude

Commitment to ongoing learning and development
