The Role As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of major civil infrastructure and earthworks projects from planning through to completion. You’ll be responsible for leading project teams, managing budgets, ensuring safety and compliance, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing full project delivery — scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Leading and mentoring high-performing teams and subcontractors
• Managing cost control, forecasting, and profitability
• Ensuring safety, environmental, and compliance standards are met
• Building lasting relationships with clients, consultants, and partners
• Driving innovation and continuous improvement across all stages of delivery

Can You Do the Role? To succeed, you’ll bring:

• 8+ years’ experience in civil construction or infrastructure project management
• Qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Strong technical understanding of civil earthworks, drainage, and road construction
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management software and systems
• A proactive, collaborative approach with high attention to detail
