• General employment conditions and employee matters.
• Recruitment.
• Medical Case matters.
• Performance management coaching.
• Payroll issues.
• Job analysis; and
• Workforce planning.

Your work extends beyond your immediate role, contributing to a more connected, accessible and inclusive Queensland, as we'll also rely on your advanced negotiation and problem-solving skills to maintain positive employee relations in complex environments.
