Bluestone is currently partnered with an established building brand who are looking to attract a senior cost planner/tender estimator to the business.
You will be leading the tender process on landmark townhouse, retirement & aged care projects.

The role

• Leading the preparation and submission of project submissions & tenders
• Completion of the handover process to Project team upon awarding of contracts
• Review subcontractor packages, scopes, procurement, and scheduling
• Liaising with suppliers and clients, maintain existing and building new relationships

About you

• 3 - 5 + years working in senior CP/EST roles within the semi-commercial/townhouse space.
• Extensive experience delivering residential projects and in particular medium density or custom townhouse/apartment projects
• Excellent negotiating, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong trade & supplier networks
