We are seeking a talented Mid-Level PHP Developer to join our growing team! You will work on a variety of web applications and services, collaborating with other developers and stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP

• Work with MySQL databases for data storage and retrieval

• Collaborate with front-end developers and use JavaScript to enhance user experience

• Configure and troubleshoot Apache web server environments

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience with PHP

• Solid understanding of MySQL database design and queries

• Experience with Apache web server setup and configuration

• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)

• Familiarity with version control (Git)

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Permanent Australian resident

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS services (S3, EC2, etc.)

• Familiarity with Docker and containerised development

• Exposure to modern PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, etc.)

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
