This is an exciting opportunity to work with a large multi-office firm that provides accounting, tax and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors. The firm is seeking a highly motivated and personable Principal to join their Rockhampton team of 12 staff. This role will allow you to join a growing firm and set you on path to partnership.

THE ROLE

As a Senior Manager/Principal, you will work closely alongside the Partner/s as part of the leadership group. You will work to provide clients with services, advice and identify their business needs and opportunities for the firm. As the Principal, you will have the opportunity to:

Work with, influence and ultimately help grow your clients

Manage, train and grow the team

Follow the firms clearly defined and structured pathway to partnership

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for the role, you will have the following attributes:

Demonstrated experience in a professional services role for 8+ years, providing corporate finance and tax advice and consulting with a range of clients

Be CA/CPA qualified or equivalent

Have exposure to extensive interaction with large client groups and businesses with complex structures

Proven track record of building relationships with staff and clients
