Due to continuous growth, they are looking for an associate level, qualified tax accountant skilled in complex tax and advisory work, and capable of being the go-to for managers within the firm and their subsequent teams.

The ideal candidate and role;

CA/CPA Qualified with significant Business Services and Tax and Advisory experience in your career to date

Capable of undertaking a leadership position within the firm, 2nd only to the director

A people person, gifted with emotional intelligence and a one team attitude

Open to networking and meeting new clients – then delegating to the most relevant team

Highly skilled in complex tax and advisory work such as restructuring and project work for complex groups

Capable of high-level technical training to upskill the teams into becoming solution architects

Able to support managers and teams reviewing work

Someone who gains great job satisfaction in helping Australian businesses thrive
