We are seeking a Senior Advisor - Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) to join our team until 30 June 2026. In this role, you will provide expert advice and support in the areas of health, safety, and wellbeing. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing HSW strategies, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a positive safety culture. Relevant qualifications are highly regarded. In this role, you will:
• Provide expert advice and support in the areas of health, safety, and wellbeing.
• Develop and implement HSW strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HSW initiatives.
• Promote a positive safety culture and provide training and education to staff.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with HSW legislation and standards.
What experience you will bring:
• Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of health, safety, and wellbeing principles.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HSW strategies and initiatives.
• Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Whilst there are no mandatory qualifications needed for this role, however, relevant qualifications will be are highly regarded.
