The Don Hodge Group / Hodge Hotels is a proudly family-owned company operating multiple hotels across Sydney and Regional/Coastal NSW.

We are now seeking a Multi-Site Manager to lead two of our most iconic regional pubs in the heart of Forbes, NSW:

The Forbes Inn – a recently refurbished, large-format two-storey hotel with modern facilities, bustling trade, and huge potential for an experienced operator.

The Commercial Hotel – a quintessential country pub just metres away, rich with local history, memorabilia, friendly charm and a cranking drive through bottle shop.

This is a rare opportunity for a senior-level hospitality professional to oversee two beloved venues, while working closely with our head office and leadership team on strategy, performance, and growth.

About the Role

As Senior Multi-Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

Managing compliance, policy, and procedures

Overseeing daily operations across both venues

Driving TAB, Gaming, and Food & Beverage operations

Leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams

Delivering excellent customer experiences for locals and visitors alike

Contributing to strategic planning and working directly with head office on business outcomes

What We’re Looking For

Strong leadership and staff management skills

Solid understanding of TAB, Gaming, Food & Beverage operations

Experience in compliance, training, and opening/closing procedures

Proven multi-site or large-format pub/hotel management experience

A customer-first mindset with the ability to foster strong community relationships

A hands-on operator who thrives in both modern and traditional pub environments

$1000 Sign on bonus to assist with potential relocation

Ongoing career growth, with opportunities to progress to our Newcastle or Sydney hotels in the coming years as opportunities arise.
