About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Full Time Sales Executive to join our team at Oxford Shop' in our Adelaide CBD store. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales to contribute to the overall success of the business. This is a full-time position based in our central Adelaide location.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience

Achieving individual and team sales targets through suggestive selling and outstanding customer service

Maintaining high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising

Processing customer transactions quickly and accurately

Restocking and replenishing product displays as required

Supporting the store management team with administrative duties as needed

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably in the fashion industry

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable and professional manner

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues

Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently

Enthusiasm, energy and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands
