About the Role

As a contractor within the Rider Operations, Membership team, you will support the growth of the Uber One program, delivering ongoing and project-based work in line with the Membership growth strategy for Australia and New Zealand. You’ll work collaboratively with the Eats Membership team and other cross-functional partners to deliver a cohesive program of work.

What You’ll Do

- Support the set-up, testing, execution and quality control of new and existing products or programs

- Support the ideation, creation, execution, and measurement of growth initiatives (such as CRM)

- Identify issues and opportunities for improvement, conduct analysis, create recommendations including assessment of different options, and execute changes (for example, pricing improvements)

- Assist with performance reporting, communicating key insights with stakeholders from across the business

- Support your manager in the delivery of end-to-end projects, from initiation to execution

- Contribute to the development and execution of the Rides Membership strategy for Australia and New Zealand

What You’ll Need

- University degree, such as Economics, Statistics, Finance, Business/Commerce, Law, Social Science, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

- 1-2 years of experience applying analysis to solve business problems (could be through university coursework)

- Ability to learn new processes and tools quickly

- Very strong attention to detail

- Very proficient at using Google Suite, especially Sheets (or Excel)

- Experience with SQL preferred but not required

- Ability to run (and continually optimise) recurring weekly processes

- Can work autonomously
