Are you a Registered Nurse with a passion for aged care and a deep respect for Indigenous culture? We're seeking a committed and culturally sensitive Registered Nurse to join our team at a 30-bed aged care facility in a remote Indigenous community.
This is a permanent, full-time role offering a unique opportunity to provide person-centred care to Elders in a culturally respectful environment.

About the Role: As a Registered Nurse, you will:

• Deliver clinical care and manage health needs of aged care residents
• Support and supervise care staff to ensure high standards of care
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the community
• Promote and uphold culturally safe care practices
• Work collaboratively with other health professionals

Requirements:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
• Experience in aged care or residential care settings
• Strong understanding of culturally safe care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples
• Current Police Check, CPR, and First Aid certifications
• Ability to work independently in a remote location
• Full working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available)

• This position is based in regional WA so you must be happy to relocate to a beautiful regional town
