Right now, we’re on the lookout for experienced Diamond, RC, and Air Core Drillers to join crews across a range of mining and exploration projects. Whether you prefer tier-one mine sites with structure and stability, or bush exploration where every day brings a new challenge, we have options to suit you.

What’s On Offer

• FIFO from Perth with flexible rosters (2/1, 2/2, or 4/2)
• Earn up to $1,000 a day, depending on experience and rig type
• Strong meterage bonuses and retention incentives with most contractors
• Long-term contracts and opportunities for full-time positions
• Mix of mine site and exploration drilling, from production through to frontier programs
• Pathways for progression into leading hand or supervisor roles
• Flights, accommodation, meals, and all site logistics provided

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating Diamond, RC, or Air Core rigs safely and efficiently
• Delivering high-quality samples in line with client and geological requirements
• Conducting pre-starts, daily maintenance, and general rig upkeep
• Mentoring offsiders and supporting team development
• Reporting on safety, production, and performance each shift
• Working closely with site supervisors, geologists, and your crew to achieve targets

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience operating surface Diamond, RC, or Air Core rigs
• A strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Current HR driver’s licence and site medical (advantageous but not essential)
• A positive, reliable attitude and willingness to work in remote conditions
• Australian work rights (Citizens or Permanent Residents only)
