About the Role

Reporting directly to the Workshop Manager, you’ll be responsible for keeping our fleet of Heavy Waste Vehicles in peak condition. Duties include (but are not limited to):

Performing general mechanical works

Major and minor repairs

Attending and resolving breakdowns

Scheduled service and preventative maintenance

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and motivated mechanic who takes pride in their work. To succeed, you’ll need:

Trade certification in Heavy Diesel Mechanical

A current rigid truck driver’s license

Familiarity with Quality Assurance & OHS standards

Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivation

Excellent communication and organisational skills
