About Us
Healthy Mind Solutions (HMS) is a multidisciplinary mental health private practice located in Shepparton. We provide comprehensive and complementary mental health services for patients of all ages, all under one roof. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality care tailored to the needs of our patients.

About the Role

Provision of evidence-based psychological treatment and care to private clients and NDIS participants. This will include assessments (particularly ADHD, ASD and Cognitive), therapy and management of a range of presentations, mental disorders, and conditions.

Proficiency in delivering CBT, DBT and other therapeutic modalities.

Facilitate group therapy programs.

Collaborating with other stakeholders such as support workers, parents, teachers, and other health professionals.

Conducting standardised assessments and writing concise reports.

Maintain high standards of clinical documentation, including treatment details and clinical rating scales using our online practice management system.

Access to incorporating Virtual Reality into therapy plans, if desired.

Freedom and encouragement to expand service provision at HMS.

Opportunity to train in the administration of rTMS (Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) treatment with the support of our psychiatrist and nursing team, if desired.

Essential Criteria
To be successful in this role, you must have:

Current AHPRA registration as psychologist.

Medicare provider eligibility

Professional indemnity and public liability insurance.

Full COVID-19 vaccination.

Excellent time management, communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively.

The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Highly Regarded Criteria

Certifications in ADOS2, ADI-R and MIGDAS.

Experience with the NDIS

Additional Requirements
Successful candidates must also provide or be willing to obtain:

A current Employee Working with Children Check.

An NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Proof of identity.

Current First Aid and CPR certification (if wanting to train in the administration of rTMS)
