Your new role
Join a skilled team in Derrimut on day shift (6:30am-4:30pm), reporting to the Production Manager. You'll be hands-on with MIG and TIG welding, fabricating components for bulk liquid transport vehicles. Most work involves Aluminium and Mild Steel, with some Stainless Steel. You'll work from technical drawings and contribute to builds like road tankers and aviation refuelers. This is a stable, long-term role with weekly RDOs, overtime, and a supportive team culture.

What you'll need to succeed

• Certificate III or IV in Engineering Fabrication
• Strong MIG and TIG welding/fabrication skills plus ability to vertically weld.
• Experience working with Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, and Aluminium. Ideally, you have come from the truck / crane / tank industries.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Mechanical aptitude & willingness to do a bit of fitting work when required
