Join a Phenomneal Team as a Skilled Boiler Maker Welder!

Are you a highly skilled Boiler Maker Welder looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity? My client is seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to join our dynamic fabrication and maintenance team.

About You:

As a Boiler Maker Welder, you will be responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and repair of various metal structures, vessels, and components for speclaised pipe works. Your primary duties will include:

Interpreting and working from engineering blueprints, drawings, and specifications to measure, cut, shape, and assemble metal materials, plates, and pipes.

Performing high-quality welding using various processes, including TIG & MIG

Boiler and Pressure Vessel Work: Repairing, maintaining, and installing boilers, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and associated pipework, adhering to strict safety and quality standards (e.g., ASME, API codes).

Conducting visual and dimensional inspections and preparing items for non-destructive testing (NDT) to ensure all work meets required specifications and integrity standards.

Diagnosing faults, repairing wear and tear, and performing preventative maintenance on industrial machinery and structures.

What You'll Bring:Proven experience as a qualified Boiler Maker and/or Welder in an industrial, mining, manufacturing, or heavy fabrication environment.

Relevant Trade Qualification (e.g., Certificate III or equivalent) in Engineering - Fabrication, Boiler Making, or Welding.

Current and verifiable welding certifications/qualifications (e.g., pressure welding tickets).

Expert knowledge of metallurgy, welding techniques, and joint preparation.

Proficiency in using fabrication tools, machinery (e.g., press brakes, guillotines, rollers), and measuring equipment.

Excellent ability to read and accurately interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Strong commitment to WHS/OHS procedures.

Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and working in confined spaces or at heights.
