About Us
Healthy Mind Solutions (HMS) is a multidisciplinary mental health practice located in Shepparton. We provide comprehensive and complementary mental health services for patients of all ages, all under one roof. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality care tailored to the needs of our patients.

About the Role
We are looking for passionate Mental Health Nurses to join our growing team. In this role, you will:

Primarily conduct individual therapy sessions and assessments within your scope of practice.

Facilitate group therapy programs.

Administer rTMS (Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) treatments with the support of our psychiatrist and nursing team.

Maintain high standards of clinical documentation, including treatment details and clinical rating scales.

Provide patient-centered care with dignity and respect.

Assist with administrative tasks as required.

Essential Criteria
To be successful in this role, you must have:

A Bachelor of Nursing.

Current AHPRA registration.

Professional indemnity insurance.

Current First Aid and CPR certification.

Full COVID-19 vaccination.

Excellent time management, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Highly Regarded Criteria

Postgraduate qualifications in Mental Health or equivalent.

Certifications in CBT, DBT, AOD or any other therapeutic modalities.

Experience working in mental health.

Additional Requirements
Successful candidates must also provide:

A current Employee Working with Children Check.

An NDIS Worker Screening Check.
