At Hooked Swim, we are passionate about teaching water safety and swim skills to children and adults of all ages and abilities. As a Swim Teacher, you will deliver engaging and effective swim lessons, ensuring a safe, fun, and encouraging environment. You’ll work with small classes to help them develop their swimming techniques, improve confidence in the water, and foster a lifelong love of swimming. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and patient demeanor, with a genuine interest in helping students achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct swim lessons based on Hooked Swim's curriculum for various skill levels.

Ensure the safety of all participants in and around the pool.

Provide personalised feedback and progress updates to students and parents.

Maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere during lessons.

Assist with pool and equipment setup and pack away as needed.

Qualifications:

Swim teaching certifications (AUSTSWIM, Swim Australia Teacher, Royal life or equivalent).

Current CPR.

Working with children certificate.

Prior experience in swim instruction is a plus but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
