Iris Home Care – Springwood, QLD
Location: 7/6 Vanessa Boulevard, Springwood QLD 4127
Hours: Tuesday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
(Potential to transition into a full-time Monday–Friday role as the business grows.)

We’re a growing, participant-focused team seeking an energetic, caring, and capable professional to join us as our Participant Onboarding & Support Officer.
About the Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for new participants, guiding them through the onboarding journey and ensuring a smooth, professional, and supportive experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Welcoming new participants and managing the onboarding process (mostly in person).
Completing service agreements, risk assessments, and feedback forms.
Identifying participant needs and connecting them with appropriate support services.
Providing exceptional customer service and building strong, trusting relationships.
Representing Iris Home Care with professionalism and confidence.
This role is ideal for someone who has flexibility and availability. In rare emergency situations, you may be asked to cover participant shifts during or outside of standard work hours. If required outside of regular hours, you’ll need to operate under your ABN. This would only occur in situations where a participant cannot be left alone.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
Friendly, approachable, and confident on the phone.
Organised and detail-oriented, with strong documentation skills.
Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new software.
Solution-focused, proactive, and able to work independently.
Physically fit and mentally resilient under pressure.
Willing to support the team and cover shifts when needed.
Must own a vehicle
Bonus: Experience in aged care, disability support, or community services is an advantage—but not essential. What matters most is your passion, people skills, computer skills
