About the Role
As the Strategic Partnerships Manager, you’ll lead marketing strategy, strengthen referral partnerships, and execute campaigns to attract and retain clients. This is a strategic yet hands-on role where you’ll collaborate closely with the Director and broker team to elevate brand presence and expand market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic marketing and growth plans.
Build and manage partnerships with real estate agents, accountants, and referral partners.
Oversee digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, content, and branding.
Lead business development initiatives including events, partnerships, and campaigns.
Track performance metrics to measure ROI and effectiveness.
Collaborate with brokers and operations to align marketing with client acquisition goals.
About You
You’ll be an engaging communicator and strategic thinker who understands what drives growth in a relationship-based industry. You’ll bring commercial acumen, creativity, and strong relationship management skills.
To be successful, you’ll bring:
Experience in marketing, partnerships, or business development (finance, mortgage broking, or professional services preferred).
Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
Strong understanding of marketing systems and workflow optimisation.
Proactive, organised, and confident managing multiple projects.
