We are expanding and have a brand new, industry unique opportunity for an amazing coach. We are looking for someone to work with our company full time across roles that include group coaching at Ocean Grove BFT as well as program development, small group coaching and personal training at our new High Performance Centre launching in late 2025.

The Role

This is a full-time coaching role, with opportunities across both Ocean BFT and the High Performance Centre. We need you to be available some evenings (4:15pm - 8:15pm), some mornings (5am - 10:30am), some afternoons (1 - 4pm) and some weekends (8am - 12:30pm). You will work alongside 2 other full time coaches to provide best service coverage for our communities.

You'll be coaching our strength and conditioning program - designed for results, smart progress, and long-term health.

You'll have the opportunity to take on some 1:1 clients - a mix of beginner level and high performance level

You'll receive access to regular professional development, education and support to achieve your career goals.

You'll be a part of a high performing coaching team with multiple career pathways available.

Must have:

Cert IV in Fitness (minimum) or equivalent

Bachelor degree in Exercise Physiology or similar is desirable but not essential

Current First Aid & CPR

Australian work rights are required for this position
