They are seeking a trade-qualified Electrician to support electrical maintenance and operations at this busy manufacturing site. Industrial experience is preferred, but we welcome domestic electricians who show strong technical ability and a genuine desire to learn and grow.

MUST HAVE AUSTRALIAN TRADE QUALIFICATIONS AND WORKING EXPERIENCE.

✔️ Annual Salary: $120,933

✔️ Average Hourly Rate: $52.86 per hour

✔️ Overtime Rate: $88.72 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on electrical systems and production lines
• Troubleshoot and repair faults involving PLCs (Allen Bradley) and variable speed drives (VSDs)
• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety, quality, and industry standards

Key Requirements:

• NSW Electrical License with completed Australian electrical apprenticeship (essential)
• Over 2 years of practical, hands-on training and real-world experience in electrical systems
• Experience in industrial environments OR strong aptitude from domestic background
• Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and VSD systems required

Essential Criteria:

• Completion of a full Australian electrical apprenticeship (not just Cert III via recognition)
• Over 2 years of practical, hands-on training and real-world experience in electrical systems
• Proactive approach, strong fault-finding skills, and safety-first mindset
