Deli Manager

Fairley's is looking for a Deli Manager to join the team at Shepparton.

Alternating Roster (Every 2nd Saturday and some public holidays)

The successful applicants will have a proven track record of:

Delivering excellent quality and service standards throughout the department

Previous management of a deli department within a supermarket or shop

Coaching and supporting the development of fellow team members

Working well in a fast-paced team environment.

Achieving sales budgets, gross profits and wage control targets.

Controlling shrinkage and completing monthly stocktakes

Rostering that reflects the customer’s needs and at the same time meeting the departments wage budgets

Maintaining department invoicing and clerical procedures.

Ordering of stock to a level relevant to the departments sales.

Maintaining correct pricing and ticketing.

Maintain the department to HACCP standards

Ensuring all cleaning schedules are maintained.

Abide by company policies and procedures at all times
