New National role, reporting to the CEO to lift and shape Dnister.

We are seeking a passionate, experienced person, preferably with Banking exposure to lead a small team, with a member focus to grow and reach out to our community.

In this role, you will:

Improve member growth, satisfaction and retention

Shape strategic planning for the team

Implement a structured meeting cadence, defining clear meeting purposes, attendees and outcomes.

Facilitate volunteers through organised programmes.

Create, manage and present partnership impact reports quarterly.

Create, Manage, Deliver and Report increases in product and services delivery.

Shape communication that shines a light on what makes us known, trusted and chosen.

Expand our reach across Ukrainian, Latvian and broader community segments in Australia
