About the position

We are seeking a motivated junior developer to support the design, automation, and maintenance of our internal asset management applications and workflows. Working alongside a senior developer, you will contribute to Power Apps solutions, Python scripting, and Excel/SharePoint integrations that underpin asset capture, data processing, and client reporting across aged care and retirement living facilities.

Australian work rights are required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

· Support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of Power Apps solutions.

· Assist with workflow automation using Power Automate, including integration with SharePoint and other data sources.

· Develop and maintain Python scripts for data processing, image analysis, and reporting automation.

· Prepare, validate, and export data into Excel/SharePoint templates and client-specific formats.

· Ensure data accuracy, correct photo-to-asset linkage, and reporting consistency.

· Work closely with senior developers to improve systems, explore new technologies, and support app duplication/setup for new clients or sites.

Skills & Experience

· Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, or other low-code platforms.

· Some hands-on experience with Power Apps development is required.

· Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python (scripting, data handling, automation).

· Some exposure or learning experience with Python programming is required.

· Strong Excel skills (formulas, formatting; VBA desirable).

· High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.

· Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

· Tertiary qualification in IT/Computer Science (or related field), or equivalent practical experience.
