Remuneration will be based on position applied for and qualifications / experience.

Applicant Requirements

Cooks and chefs must have minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in Thai (or similar Asian) cuisine. Formal culinary qualification (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent) preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Passion for using high-quality, fresh ingredients and creating visually appealing, delicious dishes

Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Must have the right to work in Australia

Current Food Handling certificate or willingness to obtain one

Must be available to work weekends
