MOKSHA DINING AND BAR ( CARLTON) - (UPCOMING) is Melbourne's first premium Vegetarian Indian Fusion Dining and Bar experience. We are seeking a Chef De Cuisine to lead our Kitchen with Creativity, Precision, and flair.
THE ROLE
Drive menu creation and innovation in premium vegetarian fusion cuisine.
Lead and inspire a professional kitchen team.
Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene and presentation.
Ensuring compliance , maintaining accurate records, cleaning schedules.
Refined plating standards.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A minimum of 5 yrs experience in a senior chef role (fine dining /premium venues)
Strong Knowledge of Indian and international cuisines with a flair for fusion.
Proven leadership skills working with the team
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience with vegetarian or plant-based cuisine preferred but not essential.
