Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00am – 4:30pm

Based in Rockingham, our steel and hardware division plays a key role in supporting both internal projects and external customers, delivering exceptional product knowledge, operational excellence, and outstanding customer service.

About the Role

Join our SRB Steel & Hardware store as a Store Manager and take ownership of the day-to-day operations, inventory management, and B2B growth. You’ll work in a modern, well-fitted store with strong back-office support, giving you the freedom to focus on management, customer relationships, and growing the business.

This is a hands-on management role where you’ll be responsible for both operational and strategic aspects of the store.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in steel, hardware, or retail/warehouse management.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.

Experience with inventory management and ordering, preferably in Shopify.

Forklift or warehouse equipment experience is a must

Basic IT literacy for inventory and point-of-sale systems.
