About the service

Located a short walk from the beach, this 105-place service is part of the Elwood Educational Precinct. Seven well-resourced rooms (capped at 16 children) support birth to five years, with Exceeding outcomes in five of seven NQS areas. Families and educators enjoy strong retention, reflecting positive culture and values.

Signature program: Canal Kindergarten, a unique play-based, outdoor learning program linking pedagogy with ecology, sustainability, and Indigenous perspectives.

About you

ACECQA-approved Bachelors Degree & current VIT registration

Minimum 2 years in a pedagogical leadership role

Strong knowledge of inclusive practices, NQF, EYLF v2.0, VEYLDF

Long daycare experience across multiple age groups preferred

Relational leadership style with a passion for mentoring

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis, Child Protection certifications

Australian work rights are required for this position
