We're seeking an enthusiastic Educational Leader to join our dedicated team and drive excellence in early learning and development at My Best Me Early Learning Academy.

About the Role:

As our Educational Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our centre’s educational philosophy and practices. You’ll guide and mentor educators to deliver high-quality, play-based learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support curriculum planning, documentation, and reflective practices

Mentor and coach educators to foster professional growth and innovation

Collaborate with the Centre Director and team to achieve educational goals

Champion inclusion, diversity, and positive learning outcomes for all children

Monitor and enhance the quality of programs through regular assessments

About You:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

At least 2 years of experience in an early childhood setting with demonstrated leadership, mentoring or Educational Leader experience preferred

Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and child development

Excellent communication and leadership skills

A passion for inspiring others and building strong, collaborative teams

Valid Working with Children Check
