Are you ready to step into a role where your passion, knowledge, and leadership truly shine? At Goodstart Riverside Gardens, we're seeking a full-time Senior Educator to join our warm, community-focused team in our 96-place, exceeding-rated centre.

• Lead and inspire your room team in a full-time position from Monday - Friday, 6am - 6pm. Embedding reflective practice and a love of learning.
• Deliver engaging, play-based programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and ACECQA standards.
• Exceeding NQS: Be part of a centre that sets the bar high, where quality education and care aren't just goals — they're a lived reality.
• Build strong partnerships with children, families, and colleagues.

You'll need:

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current QLD Working with Children Check
