About the role

You will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of key development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and with the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on role that will see you work directly with the founder to unlock and execute high-impact growth opportunities and deliver strategic initiatives that support the company's growth objectives.

The suitable candidate will have previous experience as a Pharmacist or Pharmacy Manager

What you'll be doing

Identifying new market verticals (e.g. ADHD, dermatology, longevity, men’s health)

Building commercial partnerships (clinics, GPs, influencers, health brands)

Driving patient acquisition strategies alongside marketing

Launching growth pilots (e.g. new geographic markets, product upsells)

Exploring international expansion (US, NZ, UK)

Identify and manage project risks, issues, and interdependencies to minimise disruptions and ensure on-time completion

Provide regular progress updates and reporting to senior leadership

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in pharmacy as a Pharmacist or Pharmacy Manager

Commercial mindset with proven revenue-generation results

Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Able to own and execute strategy end-to-end

Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and highly proactive
