About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our team at Acqua Bathrooms. You will be the first point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone, and play an important role in delivering exceptional service. The role also includes general administrative support and day-to-day assistance across the business.

What We’re Looking For

Well-presented with a professional and friendly manner

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Previous experience in a receptionist or admin role (preferred but not essential)

Confident phone manner and strong attention to detail

Good time management and organisational skills

Competent with data entry and basic computer software

A positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction
