Resourceful Recruitment is seeking an experienced Pavement Engineer to join a high-performing project team delivering some of Queensland’s most significant transport and civil infrastructure projects.

This role provides the opportunity to work on a diverse pipeline, including road networks, bridges, and carpark upgrades, all within a highly regulated and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise in pavement design, construction, and maintenance across large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Support project delivery from planning through to construction, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
• Assist in managing utilities and associated infrastructure, including roads, water, and sewer network

About You:

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in pavement engineering, ideally within transport or major civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of asphalt, concrete, and subgrade design and construction.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
