We’re looking for an Assistant Account Executive to support our Managing Director and broking team. This role is hands-on and varied, from handling renewals and claims through to supporting clients and keeping things on track. You’ll be part of a professional, fast-moving business where your work makes a difference every day.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

Assist with new business, renewals, and adjustments to client accounts

Prepare reports, client notes, and confirmation documents

Support clients with claims, from lodgement through to resolution

Keep debtor records up to date and process payments accurately

Maintain organised systems for correspondence and reporting

Provide reliable support across the team

You’ll be working to clear timelines and standards, because in insurance, timing matters, and we’ll back you with the systems and support to succeed.

🔍 What We’re Looking For

2+ years’ professional office experience in a fast-paced environment

Insurance or financial services industry experience will be viewed favourably

Strong organisational and tech skills (Office suite, admin tools)

Clear, professional communication and presentation

A sense of accountability and pride in your work
