About the Role
You’ll be right in the thick of the action, working in our buzzing contact centre like a pro — handling calls, messages, bookings, and the odd curveball with ease. From smooth chats to sharp record-keeping, you're the master of making things happen. You'll fuel fun sales campaigns, upsell like a champ, and lock in bookings without a hitch. Most importantly, you’ll turn every customer interaction into a win, keeping things fast, fun, and full of good vibes — just the way we like it! This is a fast-paced, team-focused role based in Woolloongabba, working alongside other Sales & Service team and reporting to the Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls and online enquiries, promoting bookings and following up on sales leads.
Manage bookings accurately, including confirmations, modifications, and coordinating extras like catering.
Follow up post-event for feedback and escalate issues professionally.
Monitor and respond to social media comments, managing content per brand guidelines.
Provide clear, friendly customer service, resolving complaints with empathy.
Prepare invoices, communicate payment deadlines, and assist with finance queries.
What We’re Looking For
At least 6 months of customer service or hospitality experience (retail, hospo, call centre or similar). Extra points if you have experience working in family entertainment centres.
Strong communication skills with a friendly, solutions-focused approach
Good computer and typing skills with the ability to multitask
Positive attitude, calm under pressure, and enjoys working in a small, vibrant team
Flexible to work across a rotating roster (weekdays and weekends)
