Regional Manager - Kindergarten & Vacation Care

About the role
In this role, you’ll oversee a portfolio of Kindergarten services and lead the development of engaging Vacation Care programs. You’ll work closely with Service Leaders to ensure children have access to safe, high-quality experiences that support learning, wellbeing, and fun. Specifically, you’ll:

• Champion the delivery of Kindergarten programs that support children’s learning and school readiness.
• Guide Service Leaders in designing and implementing Vacation Care programs that are active, engaging, and community-connected.
• Strengthen practice and pedagogy to ensure services exceed the National Quality Standard.
• Build capability in leaders and teams through coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
• Partner with schools, parishes, and communities to build strong, trusted relationships.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives that drive quality, sustainability, and growth across both Kindergarten and Vacation Care portfolios.

About you
You’re a people-focused leader who thrives on helping others grow. You’re comfortable moving between strategy and day-to-day support, and you know how to inspire teams to deliver results. Specifically, you’ll bring:

• Proven multi-site leadership experience (education, kindergarten, or early childhood sector ideal).
• A strong record of improving quality, compliance, and service outcomes.
• Understanding of curriculum, pedagogy, and child development in the early years.
• Experience in supporting or developing Vacation Care or children’s programs is highly regarded.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills to partner with schools, families, and communities.
• A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education, Teaching, or Business/Leadership.
