About You

You're a natural people leader with a love of premium fashion. You're energised by fast-paced environments and thrive on helping customers look and feel their best. Your strong sales history, eye for detail, and commitment to high grooming and service standards make you the perfect fit for this flagship team.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

Proven experience in retail management or customer-facing roles

A love for styling and connecting with your customrs

A strong track record of achieving KPIs and driving sales

Available to work a Tuesday - Saturday roster

Experience with stock management, rostering, and store operations

An ability to lead by example and coach others to success

Excellent communication skills and a consultative sales approach

Passion for visual merchandising and maintaining impeccable store presentation

Your Responsibilities

Support the State Manager in all daily operations and store performance

Lead, coach and develop the team to meet KPIs and deliver outstanding customer service

Deliver a premium in-store experience through styling and consultative selling

Oversee stock levels, replenishment and accurate reporting

Uphold high VM standards and maintain the store's visual appeal

Build strong VIP customer relationships and foster brand loyalty
