The Role

As a Family Law Paralegal, your duties will include dealing with clients, preparing cost agreements, drafting legal documents, diary management, preparation of Briefs, billings, liaising with the Family Law Court, and general admin duties.

You will be acting for private clients on all aspects of family law including Family Dispute Resolution, Consent Orders, Property settlements, Parenting matters, Binding Financial Agreements, Binding Child Support Agreements, Spousal Maintenance, Domestic and Family Violence matters, etc. You will work alongside a very experienced and approachable Family law Partner and another family law paralegal.

Your experience

The firm will consider someone with at least 2 years Family Law Paralegal or Family Law Secretarial experience.
